Welcome to the Projects section — a dedicated space where we showcase the work behind our passion. From detailed recreations of Cuban locomotives to immersive route building and third-party asset integration, here’s where we bring the history and landscape of the Cuban railway to life. Follow along as we transform research, modeling, and creativity into a unique Train Simulator Classic experience.

Cuba's Railway Network
Our main and most ambitious endeavor: the full recreation of Cuba’s railway network in Train Simulator Classic. This project aims to digitally preserve and showcase the island’s diverse railway routes, iconic locomotives, stations, and surrounding landscapes — from the bustling terminals of Havana to the remote sugar mill lines of the countryside. Every stretch of track is built with historical accuracy and cultural authenticity, turning the simulator into a virtual journey through Cuba’s rail legacy.
TGM8km Diesel-Hydraulic Locomotive
This project brings to life the russian-built TGM8km diesel locomotive, faithfully recreated for Train Simulator Classic as it operates across Cuba’s rail network. Known for its rugged design and reliability, the TGM8km serves in industrial and shunting duties throughout the island. Our model captures every detail — from the distinct bodywork to the authentic cab and sound — honoring its legacy as one of the most enduring locomotives in Cuban railway history.

MLW MX-624 Diesel-Electric Locomotive
This project focuses on recreating the powerful MLW MX-624 diesel-electric locomotive, one of the most iconic Canadian-built machines to operate in Cuba. Delivered in the late 1970s by Montreal Locomotive Works, these units became key players in Cuba’s heavy freight and passenger services. Our in-game version for Train Simulator Classic is designed with high attention to detail, bringing back the look, feel, and sound of these unique locomotives — from their distinctive profile to their unmistakable engine roar.
TE114k Diesel-Electric Locomotive
The Tะญ114k project brings to life one of the most powerful Soviet-built locomotives ever to run on Cuban rails. Known for its robustness and reliability, the Tะญ114k was designed for long-haul freight operations and left a strong mark in Cuba's railway history. This recreation for Train Simulator Classic aims to capture every detail — from its imposing dual-section body to its distinctive engine sound — ensuring an authentic driving experience for fans of Soviet rail power.

MLW RSC-14 Diesel-Electric Locomotive
The MLW RSC-14 project pays tribute to a Canadian-built locomotive that found a second life in Cuba. Originally designed for lighter branch line service, the RSC-14 became a reliable workhorse on Cuban rails during the 1990s. This Train Simulator Classic recreation focuses on its unique A1A-A1A wheel arrangement, distinct profile, and versatile performance — delivering a faithful simulation of one of the lesser-known yet iconic locomotives that supported Cuba’s rail network during a time of transition.
FIAT Concord 7230 Series Railcar
This project brings to life the iconic FIAT Concord 7230 Series railcars, built in Argentina under license from the Italian manufacturer. Widely used across Cuba’s regional and suburban lines since the 1970s, these self-propelled diesel units became a symbol of accessible rail travel for decades. The Train Simulator Classic version captures their distinctive design, sound, and performance, preserving the legacy of a railcar that played a vital role in connecting Cuban towns and cities.
